- Dictate meeting notes or enter them by hand. - Use optional AI to organize your notes into editable meeting details. - Keep customers, multiple contacts, opportunities, and next steps together. - View customer meeting history and plan upcoming meetings. - Track due and overdue follow-ups, mark them complete, or reschedule them. - Receive morning follow-up reminders with your iPhone's notification permission. - Automatically sync saved changes when connected. - Use the same account on the website to review weekly reports and download Excel workbooks in the format available for your account. - Reopen generated reports and record when you submitted them.
You review and confirm AI suggestions before saving. Follow-up progress keeps the original meeting and its report unchanged. Reminders use information saved on your iPhone; open the app after website changes to refresh them. Marking a report as submitted records your action; it does not email the report.
Create an account in the app or on the website, then use the same email and password on both. No invitation is required. Creating an account does not include a subscription. An account, internet connection and active access are required for AI, cloud changes and new report exports. Existing local records remain available for review.
MaddyMade Monthly is a one-month auto-renewing subscription for one salesperson, with access on iPhone and the website through the same account. The US price is $24.99 per month; Apple displays your regional price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings.
