Mawrid is a quiet place for the Quran on your iPhone: the printed mushaf, recited verse by verse, with prayer times, the Adhan, azkar and Quran Radio beside it. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking.

THE MUSHAF • Seven printed editions to choose from: the Madinah Mushaf (1405 and 1440), the Tajweed Mushaf, the Shemerly Mushaf, a Naskh Mushaf, and the Qalun and Warsh riwayat. Each is downloaded once and read offline • Press and hold any ayah to bookmark it, share it, read its translation and tafsir, or hear it recited • Browse by surah, juz and your own bookmarks • Translations in English (Saheeh International, Pickthall, Yusuf Ali), French, Spanish, Indonesian and Turkish, and seven Arabic tafsir works • Search the Quran, and share any passage as text or as a designed image

RECITATION • 42 recitations by 38 reciters, ayah by ayah, with the page turning as the reciter reads • Repeat an ayah or a range, change the speed, and keep listening with the screen locked • Download a surah, a juz or a page to listen without a connection

PRAYER TIMES AND THE ADHAN • Today's prayers on a timeline with a live countdown, and a table for the whole month • Choose your city by name, or use your current location once • 18 calculation methods, Shafi'i or Hanafi Asr, and per-prayer adjustments • The Adhan as a notification at every prayer time, in the voice you choose • The qibla direction, the Hijri date, and reminders of the blessed days of the Islamic year
