About
TaskMeal is a daily meal checklist built for athletes following a meal plan. Set up your exact meal plan once — every food, every meal, every day — then just check things off as you eat. No recipe recommendations, no gamification. Just a clean, distraction-free way to stay 100% compliant with your meal plan.
See calorie and macro totals for every meal plan and every day, right alongside your checklist — a passive readout of what's actually in your plan, not a calculator. Set an optional reminder for any meal so you never forget to log it, and generate a weekly compliance report you can share straight from your phone when it's time to check in.
TaskMeal also generates a grocery list from your plan, automatically converting cooked/prepared weights into raw purchase amounts (e.g. how much raw chicken to buy for 200g cooked), with an automatic ballpark cost estimate using real U.S. grocery price data — no manual price entry required. Already have something in the cabinet? Mark it off the list with one tap. A built-in food database covers over 100 proteins, carbs, vegetables, fruits, and more, and you can add or edit your own.
All your data stays on your device — no account, no login, no tracking.
