About

A real alarm rings for every dose, and one tap logs it.

Most reminder apps send a notification. A notification is silent when your phone is, and invisible when Focus is on — which is exactly when a dose gets missed. Pill Alarm uses the system's own alarm, the one that wakes you in the morning. It rings through silent mode and through Focus, and it keeps ringing until you answer it.

TAKEN, SKIPPED, OR LATER Answer straight from the alarm: taken, or snooze for ten minutes. From the Home Screen widget, one tap logs the next dose without opening anything. Inside the app, a dose you missed this morning is still open this evening — Pill Alarm never quietly decides for you that a dose is gone.

SCHEDULES THAT MATCH REAL PRESCRIPTIONS • Every day, chosen weekdays, or every N days • Several times a day, each with its own time • A start date and, for a course, an end date • As-needed medications, logged whenever you take one • Pills, capsules, injections, drops, inhalers, patches and liquids

BEFORE THE BOTTLE IS EMPTY Tell Pill Alarm how many you have left and it counts down as you log. When you are close to running out, it says so once, quietly, in the morning — not at the moment you are out.

A HISTORY YOU CAN READ BACK A week at a time: taken, skipped, missed. Correct an entry when you logged the wrong thing. It is your record, in plain language, ready to read out at an appointment.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN Widgets in four sizes, showing what is still due today and how much of the day is done.

BUILT TO BE USED BY EVERYONE Full VoiceOver support, Dynamic Type up to the accessibility sizes, and fifteen languages. Nothing important is said with colour alone.

PRIVATE, AND NOT AS A FEATURE No account. No sign-up. No ads, no tracking. Your medications, your doses and your history are on your iPhone and are never sent anywhere. There is nothing to delete from a server, because there is no server.

PRICING Pill Alarm is 2.99 USD per week, or 7.99 USD once for lifetime access — the same app either way. The weekly plan renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings; the lifetime purchase is paid once and never billed again. Prices are shown in your own currency before you buy.

Pill Alarm is a personal organiser for what you already take. It does not provide medical advice, does not calculate doses and does not diagnose anything. Always confirm dosing with your doctor or pharmacist.
