By toni margarit · ProductivityWhy we expect it: The clear description and strong on-device privacy angle make this a promising meeting tool for Apple Intelligence iPhone owners.
In short
Meeting2take records a meeting on your iPhone and, when you stop, produces minutes with participants, a summary, key points, tasks with owners, and a mind map. It runs entirely on-device with Apple Intelligence and needs an iPhone 15 Pro or later on iOS 26. Its standout feature is that nothing is uploaded and no account is required.

Record a meeting. Get the minutes.
Meeting2take records a conversation and, when you stop, writes the minutes for you: participants, topic, a general summary, key points, tasks with an owner, and a mind map. Everything happens on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence: there is no account and nothing is uploaded.
HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap Record and put your iPhone on the table. 2. When the meeting ends, tap Stop. 3. In about a minute, read, edit and share the minutes.
WHAT YOU GET • Participants and topic, found for you. Add people from Contacts and give them an email address. • A clear general summary and the key points. • Tasks with owner and due date, ready to tick off. • A mind map of the meeting. • The full transcript, to check anything. • Share the minutes as PDF or text, or email them to the participants. • Spanish and English, for the recording and for the report.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Recording, transcription and report all happen on your iPhone. No account, no tracking, no ads. • Keep your recordings, or delete them once the report is written: you choose.
PRICE Your first 2 reports are free. A single payment unlocks unlimited reports: no subscription. Family Sharing included.
REQUIREMENTS An iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on. Not sure? Tap "Try a Sample Meeting" on the first screen to see a finished report.
GOOD TO KNOW • Tell the people in the meeting that you are recording, and follow the recording laws where you are. • Automatic summaries can contain mistakes: check names and tasks. • Apple Intelligence is a trademark of Apple Inc. Meeting2take is an independent app.
