MemberExchange

Member Exchange is the member app for clubs that run on Member Exchange. Sign in with the account your club gave you and everything about your club is in your pocket: the meeting schedule, who is in the room, your dues, and the tips you have passed to fellow members.

FOR EVERY MEMBER - See the full meeting schedule, claim a seat when an event is capped, and add events to your phone calendar. - Browse the roster with photos, classifications, and one-tap call, text, email, and directions. Save a member straight to your Contacts. - Check your attendance record, make-up credit, and where you stand for the year. - Pay dues by card through the club's own Stripe or Square account and turn on autopay so you never fall behind. - Follow the tips leaderboard and see how your referrals stack up. - Read announcements, chat with the club, vote in polls, and get push notifications for the things you choose. - Read your club's bylaws and rules any time.

FOR OFFICERS - Record attendance and tips at the meeting from your phone. - Add and edit events, email the members about changes, and manage seat lists. - Invite new members, approve profile changes, and keep the roster current. - Track dues, delinquency, and club finances, with every action logged in an audit trail that outlasts officer turnover.

Member Exchange enforces one member per classification, tracks absences and excuses, and flags delinquency on its own, so officers spend their time on the club instead of the paperwork.

You need an active membership in a club that uses Member Exchange to sign in. Clubs sign up at memberexchange.io.
