Built for repeat journeys and separate reimbursement cases, Milerecord helps you record trips with fewer repeated entries and prepare clear medical mileage reports.
QUICK TRIP ENTRY Choose saved departure and arrival addresses. Previously recorded routes suggest mileage you can edit. Add an optional return trip in the same save, with reversed addresses and the same visit date. Each leg keeps its own distance: 7.5 miles stays 7.5 miles.
ORGANIZED RECORDS Keep separate cases with their own claimant details and rates. Claim numbers are optional. Enter a missed visit later and your history and reports still sort by visit date. Record parking and tolls together in their own fields.
FLEXIBLE MILEAGE RATES Use the bundled trip-date schedule for supported California workers' compensation mileage rates, or enter a custom rate for your reimbursement arrangement. Future rate changes require an app update or manual entry.
YOUR DATA Records save locally first. Optional personal iCloud sync, JSON backups, and 30-day recovery for deleted trips help you manage your information. Sync runs while the app is open; keep a separate backup before changing phones.
PRINT AND SHARE WITH PRO After a one-time Pro purchase, print or share PDF reports through the iOS share sheet. Reports follow the included medical mileage claim form, continue automatically across pages, and keep parking and tolls in their own columns.
Free download and free record keeping. Every PDF report export and print requires the one-time Pro unlock, even for a single record. No subscription. The App Store shows the purchase price before you pay. Restore Purchases is available with the purchasing Apple Account.
Distances are entered manually or suggested from your previous records. Automatic Google Maps lookup and GPS tracking are not included. You can keep records for other reimbursable travel, but PDF output uses a medical mileage claim template. Confirm the form and rate with your insurer or employer. Milerecord is independent of insurers and government agencies and does not determine reimbursement eligibility. It does not submit claims for you. Bundled rates are not the IRS medical tax-deduction rates.
