MindBuy

MindBuy is a waiting-period app for purchase decisions. You record an item you want to buy, set a waiting period, and make the decision once that period has ended. Everything you decide against is added up as money you did not spend.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Record the item and its price. 2. Set a waiting period. One day, one week, one month, or any length you choose. 3. When the period ends you receive a notification. Decide to buy the item or to discard it.

Discarded items are counted towards your savings total. Purchases are recorded in the history with date and amount.

MINDBUY PLUS

Recording, waiting, deciding and the savings total are free and remain complete without a subscription. MindBuy Plus adds:

• No advertising • Detailed statistics with selectable time ranges, trends and a monthly chart • A spending budget per month • Scheduling a purchase for a specific date

MindBuy Plus costs EUR 0.99 per month or EUR 8.99 per year, with local pricing in your country. The subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled. Cancellation is done in the subscription settings of your Apple ID and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

ACCOUNT AND DATA

An account is required. It carries the cloud backup, which is included for everyone. Sign-in is possible with Google or with Apple. Data is held on the device and as a backup copy in the account.
