MyMemories keeps the birthdays, anniversaries and small occasions that matter to the people around you — and reminds you in time. Everything is kept on your phone, in English or Egyptian Arabic.

PEOPLE AND THEIR DAYS Add the people you care about: their relation, interests and a photo if you like. Add a birthday (with or without the year), an anniversary, an engagement, a wedding, a graduation, a new baby or any day of your own. You can also pick someone from your contacts — MyMemories reads only the name and birthday of the contact you choose.

HIJRI DATES, RAMADAN AND EID Any occasion can be on the Hijri calendar, and Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha come back every year. Dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar; the app reminds you that Ramadan and the Eids can shift by a day with the moon sighting.

WHAT'S COMING UP One timeline: today, this week, this month and later, with a countdown, the age someone is turning and the years together.

REMINDERS THAT HELP By default you get a reminder three days before and on the day at 9:00 — change it for each occasion. From the notification: send a greeting, snooze for a day, or open the occasion.

GIFTS WITHOUT REPEATS Keep gift ideas, what you bought and what you gave, by year. If you are about to give the same gift again, MyMemories tells you. Set a budget for an occasion and see what you have chosen against it.

MOMENTS A small journal for each person: a note and up to four photos, kept inside the app on your phone.

A GREETING IN SECONDS Pick warm, funny or formal and a ready greeting appears in English or Egyptian Arabic. Edit it, then send it on WhatsApp — you choose the chat; the app never sees phone numbers.

ASK MYAI (OPTIONAL) MyAI can write a greeting or suggest gift ideas within your budget. It is off until you agree and needs a MeetMys account. Only the person's first name, the relation, their interests, the occasion, the age or years together, the tone, the budget and the names of past gifts are sent, to the MeetMys server, where MyAI answers on our own hardware (no outside AI company). For a memory's short story, only what you write you feel, the feelings you pick and a few words the phone reads from the photo are sent. Never surnames, phone numbers, contacts, birth dates, photos or notes. Ask MyAI is free during launch.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • People, occasions, gifts and moments are stored on your phone in an encrypted database. • No account is needed except for Ask MyAI. • No ads, no analytics, no trackers.
