Net Worth: Wealth Level
Not claimedWealth Level is not a portfolio tracker and not a banking app
By Jonas Gehring · FinanceWhy we expect it: A thoughtful monthly net worth tracker with clear percentile rankings and well-explained data sources.
About
Wealth Level is not a portfolio tracker and not a banking app. You enter your net worth yourself, once a month — accounts, brokerage, property, watches, loans — and then you see what comes of it: a curve that grows, a level that rises, and where you stand among all adults.
THE RITUAL One reminder a month. A two-minute check-in, position by position. Then the seal — and the moment the new number is revealed. Streaks, badges, and a level you earn month by month.
YOUR PERCENTILE "Top 24% in Germany." Five regions — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Europe, the world — and your age cohort if you want it. Plus your journey through the distribution: how many people you have moved past since your first month. The basis is WID.world wealth data (2023); the sources and their limits are stated inside the app.
TEN LEVELS, FOURTEEN TITLES From the first stone to magnate, each level in three tiers — and alongside it the internationally recognised titles from Retail through Mass Affluent and HNWI to UHNWI. The level is the path, the title is the official standing.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY OWN Ten categories plus your own, positions in euros, francs or dollars with your own exchange rate. The donut shows the split, the list shows every position, and the net line spells out its equation.
OUTLOOK AND GOALS The projection uses the pace of your own history and shows a band, not a line — explicitly a scenario, not investment advice. Goals get a forecast, but only when there is one: without positive momentum the app names the remaining amount instead of inventing a date.
YOUR OWN COMPANY If you own a business, estimate your share using industry multiples — with net debt, ownership share and an imputed owner's salary, the way the sources require. An estimate with a range, not a valuation.
MOMENTS, NOT A WALL OF NUMBERS A year in review, plus quarterly and half-year moments. They end with your next threshold rather than with the past — and never two ceremonies in the same month.
ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Two home screen widgets, three for the lock screen, plus Siri and Shortcuts. The amount can be hidden in the widget.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no server, no bank login. Your numbers live on your device. iCloud sync is optional and runs through your own private iCloud — not ours, because we have none. Plus a Face ID lock, CSV export, and a backup encrypted with your own password. No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
ON IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC German and English, light and dark, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver all the way into the ceremonies. On iPad with a sidebar and two columns, on the Mac as a native app with a table, an inspector and Touch ID. Free, on every device.
Free. No in-app purchases. Enter your first month — in thirty days you will have your first curve.
