Nexotix Ticket Scanner

Nexotix Ticket Scanner is the door app for organizers who work with Nexotix: for clubs, nightclubs, festivals, concerts and events of any size. Your team scans tickets, admits guests from the guest list and redeems add-ons. Fast, clear and even without internet.

Fast entry • Hold the QR code in the frame, done. Green shows name and ticket type, red and yellow show the reason right away. • Already checked in, wrong event, cancelled or payment pending: you see it at a glance. • If needed, “Admit anyway” with a reason, properly logged. • Re-entry and multi-day tickets (“Day 2 of 3”) when the organizer allows them. • Sound and vibration for every result, light for dark clubs and venues.

Works offline • Load the event while online, then scan without a connection. • “Ready for the door” tells you when everything is loaded. • Scans upload automatically as soon as you are back online. No entry gets lost.

Guest list and search • Find guests and tickets by name, email or code and admit them with one tap, including companions. • Type in the ticket code when a QR code cannot be read. • Live counter: see how many people are already inside.

Redeem add-ons • Dedicated add-on mode, for example for cloakroom or drink vouchers.

Many devices, one state • All devices at the door sync continuously, so you also see entries from other devices. • Every scan appears in the organizer's dashboard.

Made for your team • Clear display in light and dark mode. • English and German. • Scan history and help right in the menu.

Access The app is for teams of organizers who use Nexotix. Your organizer invites you to their team in the dashboard. Then you sign in with your email and password. There is no sign-up in the app.

Privacy GDPR compliant, servers in the EU. The camera only reads QR codes, no images are stored. No ads, no tracking.
