Odin’s Drop 4+ is the drop game four ways: three in a row on a small board made for young players, four in a row on the seven-column board everybody knows, five in a row on a nine-column board, and six in a row on an eleven-column board. Pick a column and your coin falls as far as it can. Two house rules change every game: Runestones scatter a few neutral stones before play, so no opening is ever the same, and Undertow lets you pull a coin from the bottom so the whole column sinks. Play across the room or across the world: settle in for a live match, take turns when you have a moment, or share a screen for a friendly rivalry.
One price, the whole game. No in-app purchases, no third-party ads, and no tracking.
PLAY TOGETHER, YOUR WAY
Live online: challenge a friend and trade moves in real time. Turn-based online: play at your own pace without being online together. Nearby: connect device to device and play without a Game Center account. Pass & Play: share one screen and take turns. In a live or nearby rematch the sides swap, so nobody keeps the opening. Online matches use Game Center. Turn notifications help you keep up, and a Home Screen widget on iPhone and iPad shows when you have moves waiting.
FOUR BOARDS, ONE RULE
Drop a coin and it falls to the lowest free cell in its column. Line up enough of your coins in a row, column, or diagonal and you win; a full board with no line is a draw.
Drop Three: five columns, five rows, three in a row. Made for the youngest players. Drop Four: seven columns, six rows, four in a row. The classic. Drop Five: nine columns, seven rows, five in a row. More room, longer plans, and a single threat is never enough. Drop Six: eleven columns, eight rows, six in a row. A long game of threats stacked on threats.
Bigger boards are worth more XP.
HOUSE RULES
Runestones: a few neutral runestones land on the board before play. Every game opens from a different position, and no line runs through a stone. Undertow: on your turn, drop a coin or pull one of your own from the bottom row, and the whole column sinks. A full board is not the end; when a position repeats three times, the game is a draw. Turn either on for new games from the World screen.
A NEW PAIR OF COINS EVERY GAME
The coins are painted Viking portraits, a hundred of them from the longhouse of Odin’s Viking Chess, and every game deals a fresh pair. Or pick another look in Settings: engraved faces, Viking runes or checkers pieces.
