Offzone helps you set boundaries around distracting apps for work, rest, time with people, and time for yourself.
• Choose apps and websites with Apple's system picker. • Search for a place on the map, adjust its pin, or use your current location. • Set a schedule and repeat weekdays for your routines. Save rules and activate one at a time. • When you are ready, tap Start focus. Nearby detection helps identify the surrounding area; arriving alone does not start blocking. • Start a 15-, 25-, or 50-minute Quick focus session from the home screen without a saved place. • See your session's end time and use Restore access when you need to regain access.
Location detection is approximate. It does not identify individual rooms or desks, and detection timing can vary with system and device conditions. Location is optional. It is used only by place rules; time-only rules and Quick focus work with Location Services off. Screen Time authorization is required to shield your selected apps and websites.
Requires iOS 18 or later. Designed for people managing their own digital habits.
