Olympic City

Olympic City is the app for the crews and subcontractors working on Olympic City Renovations jobs. See the jobs you're assigned to, shoot photos that file themselves, and keep every task and its conversation moving, even where the signal is bad.

YOUR JOBS • Only the jobs you're on, with the address, directions and who's on site • Site access when the office has set it up: where the keybox is and your code

PHOTOS THAT FILE THEMSELVES • Shoot photos and videos straight into the job, grouped by day • Mark up a photo with arrows, circles, text, numbers and measurements • Add a caption, tag the room, or start a task from a photo • Shoot from the Lock Screen or Control Center without unlocking your phone

TASKS AND THE CONVERSATION • See what's assigned to you and your crew, per job or all at once • Complete, reply and attach photos from the site • Every task carries its own thread: ask a question, get the answer where the work is • Sub-tasks and checklists in the same place

NOTIFICATIONS THAT CLOSE THE LOOP • Get notified when work is assigned, someone replies, you're mentioned, or the schedule changes • Questions waiting on you sit at the top of your inbox until you answer • Mark done or reply straight from the notification

SCHEDULE • Your visits on a calendar, with the office's plan for the job

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK • Offline first: captures queue and upload when you're back on signal • Sign in with a code sent by text message, no password to remember • Arrival detection suggests the right job when you reach the site

Olympic City is provided to Olympic City Renovations staff and the subcontractors they invite. An invitation from Olympic City is required to sign in.
