ONAIR Waiter

ONAIR Waiter gives restaurant staff access to their venue's ONAIR POS from an iPhone or iPad. For live service, an existing compatible ONAIR POS installation, owner-approved device pairing and a staff PIN are required. The app uses the venue currency configured in the POS: Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR) or Macedonian denar (MKD), with two decimal places. Existing venues using whole-denar MKD amounts remain supported.

TABLE SERVICE View tables and open bills, choose menu items and modifiers, add preparation notes and review a round before submitting it. Send pending items to the kitchen and mark served items.

BILLS AND PAYMENTS Record cash or externally processed card payments when enabled by the venue. Review the amount and tip, then request receipt printing through the POS. For CHF cash payments, the amount including tip and the cash received are rounded to the nearest five centimes; change uses those rounded amounts. The app does not process payment cards. A print request is confirmed by the POS; physical printing depends on the venue's printer setup.

LOCAL CONNECTION Pair with the owner's approval on the venue's Wi-Fi. Local service connects directly to the POS and does not require an internet connection. Unsent drafts stay on the device. After an interrupted submission, check the original result before continuing.

STAFF ACCESS Use your staff PIN and the permissions configured by your venue. View waiter and bill requests available in the POS, acknowledge them and mark them complete. Sign out when your shift ends.

Choose German, English, Macedonian or Albanian for the app's controls. Business names, menu items and preparation notes keep the text entered by the venue.

ONAIR Waiter is an employee companion. It does not create business accounts or sell POS licenses inside the app.
