Operalytix Employee

Operalytix is the time, leave and pay app for businesses and their employees. A business creates its organisation right in the app; employees join by invitation from their employer.

Operalytix is free, with every feature and no limit on the number of employees. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

START IN A FEW MINUTES • Create your organisation: your name, work email, company name and country, then place your office on a map. • Working week, leave types and public holidays are set up for your country, and a setup checklist walks you through the rest. • Confirm your email with a 6-digit code and protect your account with an authenticator app. • Invite your team: each employee receives an email invitation and sets a password. Employees cannot sign up on their own.

CLOCK IN AND OUT • Clock in, start and end breaks, and clock out from the Today screen. • Depending on your employer's policy, a punch can include your location at that moment and a photo. Location is optional; if you do not allow it, the punch is still recorded and your manager confirms it. • Punches taken without a connection are saved on the phone and sent automatically when you are back online.

TIMESHEET • See every day's hours and breaks, and which days still need a manager's look.

LEAVE • Request leave, attach a document such as a sick note, and follow each request until it is decided. • See your leave balance, public holidays and every request you have made.

PAY • See how your pay for the period adds up: hours, overtime, bonuses and any deductions, each with the rule behind it. • Raise a dispute about a line you think is wrong.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity for your running shift, and a Control Center control that opens the app ready to clock in.

FOR OWNERS AND ADMINISTRATORS • The Admin tab, in the same app: invite staff, set up offices with a map pin and radius, working schedules, leave types and holidays, review flagged punches, approve leave, correct shifts and manage pay periods. • See the team leave calendar. • Organisation settings for the owner: name, time zone, ownership transfer and deleting the organisation.

PRIVACY • Location is read only at the moment you punch — except the optional arrival reminder, which watches your office on the phone only and sends nothing. There is no continuous background tracking. • Clock-in photos are never analysed by face recognition and are deleted after 30 days. • No advertising, no analytics and no tracking. • See everything held about you, and delete your account, from inside the app.
