Orbit Scan

Orbit Scan is the staff app for Orbit, the digital loyalty card that lives in your customers' Apple Wallet.

Your customers never download anything. Your team uses this app at the counter.

SCAN AND STAMP Point the camera at the code on a customer's card. See their name and progress, choose how many stamps, and tap Give. Their Wallet card updates on their phone moments later.

FIX A MISTAKE Gave one stamp too many? Scan the card and take it back. Every correction is logged with who made it.

SEND A MESSAGE Owners and managers can message their customers from the app. Filter by card, by how close someone is to a reward, or by how many stamps they hold, then tick who gets it. It pops up on their phone as a notification they can swipe away. Nobody gets more than one message every 10 minutes or three a day.

HAND OVER REWARDS When a card is full, the reward is waiting on screen. One tap marks it as given.

NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM Keep stamping when the wifi drops. Stamps wait on the phone and go through by themselves when the connection is back. A stamp is never counted twice.

BUILT FOR A SHARED COUNTER PHONE Staff tap their name and enter a PIN on a private keypad. Every stamp is recorded against the person who gave it and, once the phone is set to a branch in Settings, the branch it happened at. Lost a phone? The owner signs it out from the dashboard and it stops working straight away.

Orbit Scan needs an Orbit business account. Businesses set up their card and add their team at orbitloyalty.app.
