About
Which version wins?
Search any song and hear who sang it first, then every cover, live recording and remix, one after the other. Each version plays as a 30-second preview, so they're quick to compare.
• The original first. Search "All by Myself" and you get Eric Carmen's 1975 original, then Céline Dion and every other version. • Listen: hear a song in a restaurant, a shop or on the radio? Tap Listen and the app recognizes it, then plays every version. • Heart the one you love and see how many others loved it too. • A voice names every version before it plays: "Cover by Céline Dion". • Tap ••• to play the whole song in Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, YouTube Music or Deezer, or read the story behind the song. • Three lists on the main screen: Suggestions from the genres you love, the Most loved versions, and the songs you opened Recently. • CarPlay: tap the Listen tab to recognize the song on the radio, or ask Siri for a song, and hear every version while you drive. Tap ⓘ to hear the story behind the song. • Siri, with headphones or in CarPlay: "Hey Siri, search in Original vs Remix", then say the song. "Hey Siri, listen in Original vs Remix" recognizes the song around you. "Hey Siri, switch to full song in Original vs Remix" plays the one you're hearing in full.
