Organize your PA soundcheck, calculate the delay between two speakers and keep setup records on your device.

Enter each speaker's distance to the same listening position and the air temperature to estimate the geometric delay. A diagram and worked example explain the calculation. Calculations depend on your inputs and equipment specifications; verify the settings on the actual sound system. The app does not apply DSP settings or guarantee speaker protection. Checks are entered by the technician and do not certify an installation. Relative polarity comparison can be inconclusive; it does not measure absolute polarity, frequency-dependent phase or acoustic delay. The generator's digital output level is not a calibrated SPL measurement.
