Thank you for reaching out. We have addressed both items from your review of version 1.0 (27) in the new build 1.0 (28).

GUIDELINE 5.1.1(iv) - LOCATION PERMISSION

We updated the location permission flow: - The screen shown before the location request now has only a "Continue" button. The "Allow" and "Cancel" buttons were removed. - The screen cannot be dismissed or skipped. Tapping "Continue" always proceeds directly to the system location permission request. - If the user later denies the permission, we show a message explaining why location is needed, with an "Open Settings" button that opens the Settings app.

GUIDELINE 2.1(b) - BUSINESS MODEL

This is a partner-side application for an on-demand real-world services marketplace, similar to a home-services marketplace. The app is used by registered service partners to receive and fulfill customer service requests. There are no subscriptions, paid digital content, or paid digital features in the app.

1. The users of this app are service partners. They use the app to view customer service requests, accept a request, start the service, provide the requested real-world service, and mark the service as completed.

2. There is no digital content, subscription, or digital feature available for purchase in the app. The platform connects customers who request real-world services with partners who provide those services.

3. Partners can access customer service requests/orders assigned or made available to them so they can fulfill the corresponding real-world service. The app does not provide previously purchased digital content or subscriptions.

4. No paid digital content, subscription, or digital feature is unlocked in the app. Any payment associated with a service is for the real-world service provided by the partner and not for digital content or functionality.

5. Partner accounts are created through our partner onboarding process. An administrator can also create and activate a partner account through the administrative system. Partners do not pay a fee to create an account, and there is no subscription required to use the app.

We hope this clarifies that the app is used solely to facilitate and fulfill real-world services and does not offer paid digital content or subscriptions.
