Party Room Inspection

Run your building's party room, barbecue area and other shared spaces from one app — from booking to the exit inspection.

BOOKINGS WITHOUT CONFLICTS • Monthly calendar with every booking of each space • Automatic double-booking checks with a configurable turnaround buffer • Entry and exit checklist times suggested automatically • Reminders before the event and before each checklist • Export to your phone's calendar

ENTRY AND EXIT CHECKLISTS • Item counts (chairs, tables, utensils) that pass or fail automatically • Photos of issues and reference photos for each item • On-screen renter signature • PDF ready to email to the renter and the management • Drafts to finish later and reusable checklist templates

AUTOMATIC DAMAGE REPORT Compares the entry checklist with the exit checklist and shows exactly what changed during the event: new issues, missing items and what was already broken before.

FOLLOW-UPS THAT DON'T GET LOST Every failed item becomes a follow-up with an assignee, closed automatically when the item passes again.

REPORTS Hours booked, estimated revenue per room, bookings per month and the apartments with the most issues — with CSV export.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE • Works offline • No data is sent to any server • Multiple users with admin or operator permissions • Automatic backups and passphrase-encrypted backups • Import bookings from CSV
