PETtell: Pet Health Log

Jot it down in seconds — a meal, a limp, a mess on the carpet. Then hand your vet the whole story in one Quick Report, instead of trying to remember when it started. The better your notes, the better the care they get.

PETtell keeps everything about your pet in one place, with photos, or a note scribbled in your own handwriting.

WHAT YOU CAN KEEP TRACK OF - Food and stool, with photos - Health events — symptoms, treatments, vet visits - Weight, over time - Vaccinations and when the next one is due - Daily routines and reminders - Mood, as a month of drawn faces - What it all costs

QUICK REPORT Pick a period and PETtell writes the summary: what changed, what's due, what a vet would want to know. Take it to your appointment instead of scrolling through your notes in the waiting room.

SHARE A PET, NOT YOUR DATA Share a pet with your partner, your family, or whoever else looks after them. You both see the same records and changes sync automatically. Invite a sitter or dog walker as view-only if you'd rather they didn't change anything.

And that's as far as it goes. PETtell has no servers and no accounts. Everything lives in your own iCloud, under your own Apple ID. We can't see your pets, your photos or your notes — not because we promise not to look, but because there's nowhere for us to look.

MORE THAN ONE PET Add as many as you like. Each gets their own logs, their own reminders and their own sticker on your home screen.

Requires iOS 18.2. iCloud is needed for syncing and sharing.
