PinKey: Handover Vault

A vault that even its makers can't open. Keep your passwords in tabs — one for each business, one for home — and if something happens to you, hand only the right keys to the right people. ■ Encrypted on your iPhone Passwords, IDs and notes are encrypted on your iPhone before they are saved. Not even we, who made the app, can see them. If you log in, our server only keeps an encrypted backup plus "when you were last active" and "who to notify". ■ Tabs, and Face ID every day Sort keys by business, project or home. Tap to copy; the clipboard is cleared after 30 seconds. The app blurs in the app switcher and locks automatically. ■ Handover and proof of life Your iPhone's step count works as a quiet "I'm fine" signal. Nothing happens while you're active. Only after repeated reminders to you does the handover begin. Each recipient gets a 20-digit handover code — just tell them in advance or write it in your will. They don't need the app beforehand; they can receive in the app or in a browser. ■ Asset map Note what should happen to each bank account, investment, insurance policy, crypto wallet or contract to cancel. Recipients get it as a to-do list. ■ Crypto wallet recovery phrases Keep 12- or 24-word recovery phrases, numbered, and hand them over. They are shown only after re-authentication and can't be copied. ■ Keep a copy yourself Export an encrypted vault backup and handover files — they work even without our servers. You can also view your keys on a computer for a set time by scanning a QR code. ■ New phone, same vault On a new iPhone, your 24-word recovery key brings your whole vault with you. ■ Under the hood End-to-end encryption (XChaCha20-Poly1305). Keys are derived from your master password with Argon2id and never leave your device. Crypto comes only from audited open-source libraries (noble / scure). Zero-knowledge by design: we hold no keys, and we can't start or stop a handover. ■ Plans ・Standard plan: monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a 2-week free trial. ・Premium plan (an upgrade for standard-plan members): monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Adds groups that open only when 2+ people are together, letters to your recipients, and daily backups kept in three places (Tokyo, Osaka and the US).
