Staff film a guided walkaround - the app shows them what's still left to cover in real time, so nothing gets missed even on their first day. At return, PISTO automatically diffs the new inspection against collection, so new damage stands out immediately instead of getting lost in two separate photo sets.
TWO WAYS TO INSPECT Most teams run AI-assisted: a guided video walk-around where the AI flags likely damage and your team confirms, rejects, or adds to it before anything is final - full video record, not just stills. Prefer to keep AI out of it? Manual mode gives you a fixed 10-shot sequence - front, all four wheels, all four sides, interior front and back - with your team marking every mark themselves. Either mode, plate verification and dash reading (mileage, fuel, charge level) run automatically.
DIGITAL DRIVER ID No physical ID card, no problem. Every driver gets a QR code and a rotating 6-digit PIN on their phone - site security scans the code, enters the PIN and the registration, and sees the driver's photo, status, and whether the job is really allocated to them.
