About

Every zombie game puts you against the horde. This one puts you in charge of it.

Plague Lord is a one-handed portrait pixel strategy game. You play the will of a zombie plague: starting from a single scream in a single city block, you spread the horde square by square until the last light goes out.

The city fights back. The military throws up barricades, sends patrols to purge street by street, and calls in flame cleansing and helicopter strikes. Meanwhile the labs never stop working on a vaccine — let that bar fill and you lose. So every move is a trade: devour the dense residential blocks for genes, or take the long way around to tear down the hospitals and labs slowing that timer?

The real payoff is the Horde King. Evolve him, then drag a route across the streets and watch him lead the swarm through it in person — flattening barricades, scattering patrols, ripping a hole straight through the military line.

【Core】 - Reverse role: you are not the survivor, you are the plague - One finger: tap blocks to direct the spread, drag the King to carve a march route - Block tactics: homes pay genes, hospitals speed the vaccine, precincts send patrols, radio towers raise the alarm - Vaccine countdown: a global pressure bar forcing hard calls between growth and sabotage - Three branches: 24 evolution nodes across Spread, Breed and Resist — build your own strain - Horde King march: the signature move that turns a losing board around - Eight-city campaign: from a sleepy town to humanity's last ark - Endless siege: infinite reinforcements, see how many waves you last - Meta growth: spend gene shards on permanent upgrades and take the next city faster

【For you if you like】 Light strategy and simulation · playing the villain for once · pixel art · one-handed portrait play · risk-reward decisions · level-based progression and 3-star challenges

The city is still lit. Go turn the lights off, one block at a time.
