Handful is a calm planner and to-do list for life and work. Capture daily tasks, set reminders, plan a realistic day with time estimates, focus on what matters, and move unfinished to-dos to tomorrow without guilt.

PLAN YOUR DAY Organise tasks into projects and areas. Use checklists, tags, notes, deadlines, reminders and repeating tasks. Add time estimates to see how much you can fit into today. Plan in the morning and review your day in the evening.

CAPTURE AND FOCUS Quick entry understands English dates, times and repeats. Titles and notes can use any language. Use widgets, Siri, Shortcuts and the Share menu to capture tasks. A focus timer on iPhone appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Handful is also available on iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.

IMPORT YOUR TASKS Import from Things 3, Apple Reminders, Todoist, TickTick, text lists or a Handful backup. Keep your projects, dates, tags and checklists. The original app is not changed.

DELLA, YOUR SECRETARY (VIP) Ask Della to plan your day and she tells you what fits, what to do first and what can move. Ask her to tidy your Inbox and every to-do gets a home, a time and an estimate. Or tell her what you want in plain English, typed or dictated: “what's due this week?”, “move everything from Friday to Monday”, “make a checklist for the Lisbon trip”. She proposes; you tap.

HANDFUL PLUS Core task management is free. Plus adds shared projects, assigned tasks, calendar events, voice capture, step suggestions, photos, files, Markdown notes, alarms, location reminders, themes and Apple Watch. Voice capture and suggestions use on-device Apple Intelligence where available. Family Sharing is included.

Choose a yearly Plus subscription with a 14-day free trial or a one-time lifetime purchase. VIP includes Plus and Della, yearly or monthly, with a 7-day free trial. Prices appear in your local currency in the app. Handful reminds you two days before the trial ends.

YOUR DATA No separate account, ads or tracking. Tasks sync through your own iCloud. Export your data as Markdown and JSON at any time.
