About

One day your child says “nana” and means banana. A few weeks later comes “car”, then “Grandma here!”. Plapper saves these moments before everyday life washes them away: every word with its date, how your child says it, and their real voice.

CAPTURE WORDS IN SECONDS Your child speaks, you tap twice. Add new words from widgets, the Lock Screen, Control Center, the Action button or Siri. You can even say several words at once and Plapper adds each one separately.

WITH THEIR VOICE, NOT JUST WRITTEN DOWN Save as many voice recordings as you like for every word. Five years from now you’ll still hear exactly how “nana” sounded.

WATCH THEIR VOCABULARY GROW Words appear as speech bubbles, with search, sorting and filters. The timeline shows how many different words your child already says and how many new ones arrive each month – from first words to first sentences.

WHEN TALKING TAKES A LITTLE LONGER Every child has their own pace. If yours is a late talker, Plapper shows you the small steps that are easy to miss day to day. When your pediatrician or speech therapist asks about vocabulary, you have a complete, dated list ready instead of guessing from memory.

FOR BILINGUAL AND MULTILINGUAL FAMILIES Assign each word to a language and see what your child says in which language. Every word counts, whatever the language.

CAPTURE IT TOGETHER Share a child with your partner or the grandparents so everyone can add new words. Plapper also handles multiple children.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Plapper records, it doesn’t judge – no tests, no comparisons. Without an account, everything stays on your iPhone. No tracking, no cloud AI: Apple Intelligence sorts words into categories right on your device. You only need an account for sharing, and Sign in with Apple is all it takes.

AT A GLANCE • First words and sentences with date, pronunciation and notes • Voice recordings for every word • Vocabulary curve and learning pace • Multiple children, multiple languages • Widgets, Lock Screen, Control Center, Action button, Siri • Share with family • Export as CSV or for your AI assistant, plus backup

Plapper does not replace medical or speech therapy advice. It helps you keep track of what your child says – for your memories and for your next appointment.

For parents of children aged roughly 1 to 4 – and for anyone who never wants to forget that first “nana”.

Plapper Plus (subscription, weekly, monthly or yearly) unlocks Plapper Circle, the PDF export and Pace. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple Account settings.
