HOW A DEAL WORKS Every deal has two steps. First, everyone bids how many tricks they expect to take. Plump enforces the rule that the bids can never total exactly the number of cards in the hand — so someone always goes down. Then you enter the tricks actually won, and Plump checks they add up before locking in the scores. SCORING, HANDLED FOR YOU • Bid correctly — 10 points plus your bid • Bid zero and take nothing — 5 points • Miss your bid — 0 points • Bid and win all 10 cards on the final deal — 110 points A built-in rules reference explains every case, so nobody has to remember.
