About

PowderRunbook is a focused on-device process runbook for powder-coating shops and solo operators. Link each job to its powder lot, preparation notes, target and observed cure values, film-thickness readings and operator-entered QC result—without an account, cloud service or full shop-management system.

PROCESS RECORDS FIRST Keep target thickness beside the measured result, target cure beside observed temperature/time, and QC notes with the exact job that produced them. PowderRunbook records shop-floor facts; it does not automatically approve a cure cycle or certify a part.

TRACE POWDER LOTS Record brand, colour, code, lot number, storage location and starting weight. Job usage provides a practical on-device estimate of remaining powder.

A SIMPLE SHOP FLOW Move work through Intake, Prep, Mask, Coat, Cure, QC and Done while keeping customer, part, quantity and substrate details attached to the record.

SEE RECORDED WORK AT A GLANCE Review active stages, recent completions, recorded powder usage and low-stock lots without a server dashboard.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No OperatorX account, ads, analytics, subscription or server sync. Records are stored locally in the app unless you explicitly share a job summary with the iOS share sheet; system backups are controlled by iOS and device settings.

PowderRunbook is a recordkeeping aid, not a process-certification system. Always follow the coating manufacturer's current TDS/SDS, pretreatment requirements, calibrated inspection procedures and workplace-safety rules.
