Protokio: Property Handover

Record the handover of an apartment, house or even an office at the start or end of a lease, when tenants change or after a sale. Everyone involved can review it before signing with a finger on the device. You can then open, save or share the finished PDF. Handing over the same property again? Save its rooms, equipment and known defects. Next time, add the current people and readings, then mark which defects remain and which have been fixed. Finished reports stay in the property's history. You can also save people and create your own templates for repeated use. Reports and photos are stored on the device. Drafting and reviewing a report is free.
