ReceiptBook is a receipt scanner and expense tracker for freelancers, self-employed people, contractors and small business owners. Snap a paper receipt, or import a PDF or an e-invoice, and ReceiptBook reads the vendor, date, total and tax right on your iPhone. At tax time, hand your accountant one tidy package instead of a shoebox. No account, no cloud and no bank login.

SCAN IT, AND IT'S READ FOR YOU • Scan paper receipts with the camera, or import photos and PDF invoices from Photos or Files • Vendor, date, total and tax are read on the device in seconds • E-invoices in XML, including XML attached inside a PDF, are read exactly, line by line • Anything uncertain is marked "Check", so nothing is guessed silently • Flags likely duplicates, totals that don't add up and receipts that are hard to read

REVIEW IN SECONDS • New receipts and invoices land in the Inbox, ready to review • Correct any field, then confirm, or use Confirm all when everything looks right • Each document keeps a History of every change and where it came from

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

ReceiptBook prepares files for your records and your accountant. It does not file tax returns and is not tax or legal advice.
