ReceiptCam – Receipt Scanner

ReceiptCam turns paper receipts into an organized archive on your iPhone. Scan receipts with Apple’s VisionKit document camera. Vision OCR reads text on device, while the receipt image, PDF, and details stay in your local archive.

Choose a company to keep business receipts separate, or use Personal mode to store private and warranty receipts. Each company and Personal mode can use its own storage destination. Warranty records can include the product name, purchase date, warranty duration, expiry date, and time remaining.

Scan several receipts in one batch. After confirmation, ReceiptCam stores them locally and can copy them automatically to a folder selected in Files, including iCloud Drive or a compatible provider. ReceiptCam also supports direct OneDrive connection and folder selection. You can save copies to Photos too.

Use multi-select to send or delete several saved receipts at once.

Enable Send to Accountant to prepare an email with the receipts attached. Set the accountant address and customize the default message in Settings. Choose whether the company name and receipt count are included. If Apple Mail is unavailable, export through the iOS share sheet to Gmail, Outlook, or another installed app.

ReceiptCam requires no ReceiptCam account. Optional OneDrive upload uses Microsoft sign-in. External storage and mail services may require their apps and sign-in. Always check OCR and warranty data before relying on it.

ReceiptCam is a Finnish product, designed and developed in Finland.
