Recur - Exercise Rotation is a health-fitness app that helps users pick their next exercise without planning a full workout. Each exercise gets its own schedule and set count, and the Focus screen lists overdue, due-today and new exercises, with partly finished ones near the top. Swiping completes one set, and schedules reset based on completion dates, so missed days create no backlog.

Recur helps you choose what to exercise next without planning a complete workout.
Give each exercise its own schedule and number of sets. Focus brings together overdue, due-today and new exercises, with partly completed exercises near the top so you can finish what you started. Choose how many it shows, with seven as the default.
Swipe an exercise to complete one set. Use Undo to reverse a completion made today. Browse all exercises or filter to Done Today. Create, edit and reorder your exercises in Manage. Choose Focus or Exercises as your main screen in Settings.
Schedules are based on when you complete an exercise. Missed days do not create a catch-up backlog.
Your exercise state is stored on your device. Recur has no manual import or export. It relies on the device’s normal app backup.
