Redpen: English Speaking

Redpen is an AI tutor app for English speaking practice. Say a sentence or type it, confirm your transcript, and get a red-pen review with specific grammar corrections and rule explanations. AI can make mistakes.

SEE WHAT CHANGED Compare what you said with the corrected sentence. Red marks show the words to change, and explanations name the grammar rule.

PRACTICE THE CORRECTION Say or type the corrected sentence in a drill. The drill compares transcript words; it does not grade pronunciation.

KEEP A MISTAKE NOTEBOOK Revisit recurring grammar rules and practice them again. Rule explanations are available in Vietnamese and Spanish. Other native-language selections use English explanations. The app interface is in English.

YOUR TRANSCRIPT, YOUR CHOICE Speech recognition runs on your iPhone where supported. If it is unavailable, use typed input. Review and confirm your transcript before sharing it with the AI coach through our backend. Provider disclosure and consent appear before first use. Redpen does not store audio. Delete your Redpen account in Settings.

SUBSCRIPTION A subscription is required for tutoring. Redpen Weekly is $4.99 per week in the United States, with a 3-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Prices may vary by region. Apple displays your local price and trial eligibility before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. After the free trial, the subscription renews at $4.99 per week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Deleting the app or your Redpen account does not cancel the subscription.
