RepairCMS is the repair shop software for your phone. Book the job in, print the job sheet and device label, your customer follows the repair via their tracking link. Sign in with your RepairCMS account or with an invite from your shop.
Repair management for whatever lands on your counter: smartphones, computers, coffee machines, bikes and e-bikes, watches, sewing machines, TV and audio, industrial electronics.
How to get into the app • Sign in with the email address of your RepairCMS account • New to the team? Your shop's invite gets you into the app • Your shop's jobs and customers are right there in the app
Job booked in, customer signed • Device, fault and customer booked in a few steps • Scan the serial number or IMEI instead of typing it • Signature right on the screen, it goes on the job sheet • Tracking link by email, the customer checks the status themselves
Every repair job in one list • Job list with status and device • Status from intake to pickup • Search by customer, job number, device or serial number • Change the status at the bench, the customer sees it via their link
