In short

RepRev Workout Log is a gym app that suggests which muscle group to train each day, based on your split and how recovered each group is. It also pre-fills sets from your last session, adds weight when you hit the top of your rep range, and stores all data locally with no account required. It suits lifters who follow a structured split and want less manual planning.

About

Most workout trackers are just a logbook. RepRev answers the question you actually have when you walk into the gym: what should I train today?

It knows your split, it knows when you last hit each muscle group, and it knows how long that group needs to recover. Open the app and the answer is on the first screen.

SMART DAILY SUGGESTIONS RepRev walks your split in order and checks each day against your recovery status. Trained back hard on Monday? It moves that day forward and offers the one you're ready for. Nothing recovered yet? It says so, and tells you when the next session opens up.

RECOVERY YOU CAN TUNE Every muscle group has its own recovery window, longer for back and legs and shorter for arms and core. Adjust any of them to match how you actually recover. Work where a muscle was only a secondary mover counts for less, because it should.

BUILD MY WORKOUT Tap once and RepRev assembles the session: compounds first, exercises you've done recently for that muscle, each one already carrying a target based on your last performance. Confirm it and start lifting.

FAST LOGGING Weight, reps, optional RPE, optional notes. Every new set pre-fills from your last one, so a set takes a tap. Add notes at the exercise or session level when something's worth remembering.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, BUILT IN Hit the top of your rep range and RepRev tells you to add weight and reset. Stall three sessions running and it tells you to hold and clean up your reps instead of grinding.

FLEXIBLE SPLITS Start from Push/Pull/Legs, Bro Split, Upper/Lower or Full Body, then edit any of it, or build your own from scratch. Rest days can be scheduled, inferred from recovery, or both.

EXERCISE LIBRARY Around 70 exercises tagged by muscle group, each with a form video a tap away. Add your own for gym-specific machines, tagged the same way so recovery still works.

PROGRESS WORTH LOOKING AT Volume over time, weight progression per exercise, personal records, and a full history of every session you've logged.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything lives in local storage on your device. Kilograms or pounds, your choice.
