Retoa – Returns & Refunds

Package trackers stop caring the moment your return reaches the store. That is exactly when the waiting starts: will the refund arrive, will it be the full amount, and when should you have followed up? Retoa tracks your money, not the parcel. A return is only done once you have been paid back.

The first thing you see is one number: how much money you are still owed. Below it, your returns are grouped by status, from Planned and On its way to Arrived and Refunded. Swipe a return to move it to the next step.

Adding a return takes seconds. Enter the amount and the store, and Retoa suggests the store's usual return window. Tracking number, items, receipt and notes are there if you want them.

Retoa reminds you when it matters: • three days before a return window closes • when a return has been on its way for a week, so you can check it arrived • when a store still hasn't refunded you 14 days after receiving your return (you can change the timeframe)

If you get back less than you expected, Retoa highlights the difference in red, so partial refunds don't slip through and you know exactly what to claim.

Your data stays on your iPhone, and Retoa doesn't need an account. There are no ads in the app.
