Rilievo 4.0

Rilievo 4.0 collects evidence and prepares Industry 4.0 technical appraisal drafts. It is separate from Rilievo CE, with independent records, settings and subscription.

FROM VISIT TO DRAFT Record clients, assets, technical/economic data and networks. Link photos, scans, documents, notes and numbered arrows. Nine groups organise asset, plate, PLC/CNC, HMI, interconnection, integration, remote control, monitoring and cyber-physical evidence. AI proposes classification, requirements findings, gaps and actions.

AI AND USAGE Default Essential mode leaves asset reviews, research and periodic alerts to your commands. Plate extraction remains automatic. Enabled annotated-photo analyses wait at least 30 seconds after the latest asset edit: a scheduling pause, not promised completion time. Automatic enables other processes under your settings. AI Usage records API calls, tokens/cache/cache-write, searches and service tier. USD/EUR estimates exclude VAT, showing ECB source/date, last known or manual rate, custom prices and CSV. Rates may be stale and differ from bank/card/provider rates. This is not an invoice or an automatic spending cap. Optional OpenAI Ultrafast needs compatible models, may cost more and fall back to standard, without guaranteed duration.

PHOTOS, PDFs AND TWO LANGUAGES Copying captures to Photos is initially enabled and can be disabled. Full access is requested for the Rilievo 4.0 album; limited access may save without the album, denied/restricted keeps captures only in the app. Copies have a date and may have appraisal coordinates, without automatic anonymisation. iCloud Photos may sync them even with local AI. Imports and scans are not duplicated. Check permissions and actual copies. Four PDFs compile on the device: appraisal, asset sheet, asset list/costs, photographic evidence. Interface/reports support IT/EN with a selector; initial language follows the device. Swipe deletion requires confirmation; Photos/iCloud, usage, reports, cloud and backups need separate management.

AI ROUTES Local AI needs compatible hardware/models; APIs use personal accounts/keys; Codex uses a private GitHub repository. PR/@codex needs Cloud (Legacy); the guide offers manual response.json return. Remote routes require disclosure and explicit activation, without automatic anonymisation. ChatGPT/Codex, APIs, research and GitHub costs are separate.

SCOPE AND MANDATORY REVIEW Method: Annex A, Italian law 232/2016, 5+2 for group 1; groups 2/3 require specific checks. Software/B, 5.0 energy/formalities and 2026 Annexes IV/V are not automatically verified. Every analysis and report is an UNVALIDATED DRAFT. AI may produce errors, omissions and hallucinations. A competent, experienced professional must check, correct and approve before use, customer delivery, signature or sworn statement. No automatic tax entitlement or conformity; CE4U S.r.l. and Carlo Tenca do not approve or sign output. Mandatory rights/liability remain unaffected.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL 14 days free only for eligible accounts when Apple displays the offer: one intro per group, including plan changes. Unless cancelled, then €29.90/month or €299.00 paid in advance for one year, not instalments, in the Italian App Store. Automatic renewal under Apple's conditions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges afterwards. Apple shows actual price/eligibility/terms. New capture, edits and AI jobs require active entitlement; saved records remain readable/exportable without renewal. Professional engagement excluded.
