About

Every morning, a Jamaican parent who has had enough of you.

Ring The Alarm is a real alarm clock. It rings through silent mode and Focus, it works with the app closed, and instead of a beep you get Mumma, Uncle Desmond or Grandpa Winston telling you exactly what they think of you still being in bed.

THREE TAPES, THREE LEVELS Rise an' Shine comes with the app: Mumma and Uncle Desmond, loud but loving. Last Warning: they are done asking nicely. No Mercy: Grandpa Winston, strong language. Hear every track before you buy a tape. Pick one track, one tape, or let it surprise you every morning.

WAKE TO THE RADIO No ring at all if you like: pick Yard Radio and the station fades up to wake you.

SNOOZE, IF YOU MUST Five more minutes, right from the alarm. Snooze from inside the app and she will have something to say about it.

A CLOCK RADIO IN YOUR POCKET Turn your phone sideways and it becomes a backlit 90s head unit: five Jamaican stations on preset keys, the song title crawling across the display, local weather, and a sleep timer that fades you out at night. Set an alarm to wake you with the radio instead.

MADE TO LOOK LIKE A REAL DEVICE Six screen colours, two speaker grilles, light and dark. The display lights the room, and the light moves when you tilt your phone.
