About

Routli is made for companies that sell home energy improvements on the doorstep, and it was built by someone who has stood on those doorsteps himself. Your manager hands out the neighbourhoods, and you walk your own with your phone and keep track of how it went at each home.

On the map you see where you are, with an arrow that turns with the way you are facing. For each home you see the year it was built, the energy label if it has one, and colleagues' earlier visits and notes. For each block of homes you see the mix of owned and rented homes, gas use, electricity use, income and the age of residents. In the aerial view you can look at the roof and see whether solar panels are already fitted, and for each address you can open a view from the street.

Not at home, call back, not interested, appointment or sold: you tap it and your colleagues see it straight away. A home that has already been dealt with is locked, so nobody rings the same bell twice. No signal in a stairwell? Routli keeps your outcome on your phone and sends it automatically as soon as you have a signal again.

You book an appointment right there at the door. If the customer agrees, they can receive a confirmation by email. You can also have your appointments show up in your own calendar.

Your manager sees the doors knocked, sales and revenue for each salesperson and each team. If your company works with team leaders, a team leader sees the same for their own team.

Some features are only switched on if your company uses them. In that case you work out prices with your company's price list, book the survey or the installation right at the door, and take site photos with the camera. Booking the survey or installation does need a signal, though. Managers and team leaders then see their team's appointments in a list, and after a sale Routli fills in your company's order form with what it already knows, such as the address.

If your company also uses Routli Kantoor, the work carries on there after the sale. Kantoor is the office side: the CRM your office staff use on the computer, and it is not part of this app. Every sale arrives there without anyone retyping it, with the order, site photos and a quote that carries your company's logo and that the customer signs digitally. If your company already has its own CRM, Routli can send appointments there automatically.

Routli is for companies. You get access through your employer, with your company's organisation code and your own account, which you create with the invitation code from your manager or team leader.

Good to know: the app itself is in Dutch, and its map data covers the Netherlands only.
