Rows is a habit tracker that does the logging for you.

Instead of guessing whether you hit your step count, slept enough, or finished a workout, Rows reads directly from Apple Health and checks off matching habits automatically — steps, sleep, exercise minutes and workouts all auto-log with zero taps. Everything else you track manually, in one clean daily view.

PRIVACY

Rows has no account, no sign-up, no servers and no ads. Your Health data is read on your device to power auto-logging and is never sent to us. Your habits and auto-log records sync only through your own private iCloud.

Rows Premium unlocks advanced themes and additional customization via an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase; subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
