In short

Rppl is a free, open source app that records a full cable park session on Apple Watch and lets you review it on iPhone. It detects sets and laps automatically, tracks heart rate, energy, and route, and saves workouts to Apple Health. It is aimed at wakeboarders who spend whole park days at cable parks. Data stays on the user's devices and in their own iCloud Drive, with no account, ads, or server.

About

Rppl records your cable park session on Apple Watch and shows it back on your iPhone. Free, private and open source.

I wakeboard at cable parks a lot, and the standard workout app doesn't get it. The alternatives were too complex, too limited, full of subscriptions, or hungry for my data. So I built the one I wanted.

HOW IT WORKS Start on your Watch and leave it running the whole park day. One session, one continuous workout. Rppl notices when you're riding and when you're waiting at the dock, so you don't touch anything mid-session. Water Lock turns on when you start.

WHAT YOU GET - Sets detected automatically - Laps counted around the cable - Heart rate and energy - Your route on a map - Sessions saved to Apple Health, so they show up in Fitness like any other workout - Pause on the Watch for when you really step away - Action Button support on Apple Watch Ultra

ON YOUR IPHONE After you stop, the Watch syncs to your iPhone. Browse your sessions and sets, check the map, export your data. Recording stays on the Watch; the phone is for looking back.

PRIVACY No account. No Rppl server. No ads, no tracking, no subscription. Your data stays on your devices, in Apple Health, and in your own iCloud Drive if you leave sync on.
