Samnan CRM

Samnan CRM is Samnan Group's app for its customers and its staff.

For customers (no account needed): • Request a visit or a quote for Samnan Water Solutions products: water filters, purifiers and pumps. • Enter your name, mobile number, city and the product you're interested in, and Samnan's sales team will call you. • Explore the products in interactive 3D and discover the Samnan Group companies.

For employees: • Log a visit to an existing customer, or add a new customer with their first visit, in a few taps. • Reason, result, stage, next step, expected amount and date in one form. • Each visit's location is recorded automatically to verify it. Your location is never tracked in the background. • "My visits": all your visits by day, with search and filters. • Customer requests sent from the app go straight to the sales team.

For managers and administrators: • Every General Manager sees the visits of their company, administration or department. • A dashboard of visits, new customers and the expected deal value. • A full record for every customer: the stage path, activity and the history of every visit and edit. • Manage employees, the org structure, lists, roles and permissions.

• Arabic and English, light and dark mode, on iPhone and iPad.

Staff accounts are created with administrator approval; customers don't need an account to send a request.
