AI-POWERED SHIFT LOGGING Have an end-of-shift checkout or tip report? Scan it to help fill in your shift. Review every number found, add missing details and save. Reports vary, so always check the results. You can enter any shift manually.

Scan allowances reset on the first of each calendar month at midnight UTC, with no rollover. Failed attempts count. Upgrading increases the same monthly allowance to 100. Service-wide daily limits and availability apply. Monthly and annual subscriptions include the same allowance and Pro features.

No ShiftTotal account is required. Saved shift records stay on your device. Optional scanning sends your chosen photo and earnings information through our service to Anthropic. ShiftTotal does not store photos or scan results; Anthropic processes them under its API privacy policy. Cover identifying details before scanning. Save a manual backup before deleting the app or changing phones. Restore Purchases restores Pro access, not shift data. Your saved history remains accessible if Pro expires.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Annual plans are billed in full each year. Price and billing period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings.

Earnings are in USD before taxes and may include money paid later. ShiftTotal summarizes your records; it is not a payroll or tax filing service.
