About
Your notes are files. On iPhone, Shokonotes helps you find them and catch new ones.
Pick your notes folder in iCloud Drive once. The iPhone opens the same plain Markdown files as your Mac: no import, no account, no server of ours.
LOOK THINGS UP • Full-text search across your whole library • Dictate your search, recognised on the device • Browse your folders and tags • A clean Markdown preview, rendered on the device
CATCH A THOUGHT • Capture a new note into Inbox: one field, nothing in the way • Share a page from Safari, or text from any app, straight into your Inbox • An Inbox badge on the Home Screen reminds you what is waiting to be filed
LIGHT FILING • Tag, move, pin, trash, and create folders • Real filing is desk work: Shokonotes on the Mac is built for it
PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no subscription, no telemetry • Your notes never leave your devices and your own iCloud Drive
One purchase includes Shokonotes for Mac.
Shokonotes is open source under the GPLv3.
