Showcount

Showcount turns any group chat into a sign-up list that counts itself.

Running the weekly soccer game, a pickup run, a class or a trip? Create the activity in under a minute, share one link to WhatsApp, GroupMe, Telegram or iMessage, and watch the list fill up. No more scrolling through 200 messages to see who said "in".

FOR ORGANIZERS • Create an activity: title, date, place, number of spots, free or paid • Share one link to any group chat, with a ready message • See who is in, who paid and how many spots are left, live • Automatic waitlist: when someone leaves, the next person moves up • Collect payments by card with Stripe, paid out to your bank • Split the total cost: set the court or field price and everyone pays an equal share • Notifications when people join, pay or leave

FOR PARTICIPANTS • Join from the link in seconds with just a name and email • No app and no account needed to join • A private link to check your place or leave

Showcount is the source of truth for the list and the money. Your group chat stays where the talking happens.

Free activities are free. For paid activities, participants pay a small service fee at checkout.
