MADE FOR REPEAT BILLING Save a client once. Singil prepares the next weekly, twice-monthly, or monthly billing period and suggests the next invoice number. One-off work is easy too.
SEND A PROFESSIONAL PDF Add line items, tax, notes, your logo, and payment details. Preview the invoice before sharing it through the iPhone share sheet. PDFs use A4 or US Letter based on the invoice currency.
SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION The invoice calendar shows due dates, paid invoices, and days when it's time to bill. Switch to the year view to see billed, paid, pending, and draft totals by currency.
KEEP A CLEAR HISTORY Mark invoices Draft, Sent, or Paid. Optional local reminders help you follow up on due dates. Past invoices keep a copy of their details, even if you later edit or delete a client.
