Start with 1, 5, 10, or 25 minutes. Pause, skip, or end when you need to. Lo-fi beds play from the app while you work. Volume lives in Settings.
Timeline keeps the day in one place: Focus sessions, Breaks, and a short chain of stars that resets at midnight. Profile holds your name, your skeleton, and Support & Legal.
Choose who walks with you — Human, Rambo, Rock, Soldier, or Barbi. The walk, the rest, and the collection stay on your device. No account. No feed.
