SkoolRun

SkoolRun connects parents, scholar-transport drivers and transport business owners in one app — built for South African school runs.

For parents • See the driver live on a map and get an alert when they're on the way • One tap to mark your child absent — no phoning the driver • Get a message the moment your child is picked up or dropped off • Pay your transport invoice online or by EFT, and see your payment history • Link a second guardian (like a grandparent or co-parent) so everyone stays in the loop

For drivers • See today's route, stops and learners at a glance • Get turn-by-turn navigation built for the pickup order • Mark children on board and off board with one tap • Join a transport owner's team with a simple code

For transport business owners • Manage vehicles, routes, drivers and learners from one dashboard • Automatic monthly invoicing, with online and EFT payments • Verify drivers with licence, PrDP and police clearance checks • See who's linked, who's paid, and what needs attention today

SkoolRun is built for South Africa, with POPIA-compliant handling of personal and children's information throughout.
