Snacko Partner - Delivery App

Snacko Delivery is the app for Snacko delivery partners — the riders who carry orders from local shops, restaurants and pharmacies to customers in their town.

GO ONLINE WHEN IT SUITS YOU Switch online when you're ready to ride and offline when you're done. You only get delivery requests while you're online.

GET NEARBY REQUESTS INSTANTLY New delivery requests arrive with a loud alert, even when the app is in the background. Each request shows the shop and how far away it is, so you can decide quickly. Accept the ones you want.

PICKUP AND DROP, STEP BY STEP • Open directions to the shop and to the customer in one tap • See what's in each order you're carrying • Show the pickup OTP to the shop to collect the order • Call the shop or the customer straight from the delivery screen • Carry more than one order at a time when you're on a run

KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE • Delivery history with every completed order • Payout history and totals in one place • Your rating from customers

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Raise a support ticket from inside the app and follow the replies, or reach us on WhatsApp or email.

AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND HINDI Switch the app language any time from your profile.

HOW TO JOIN Sign in with your mobile number, add your name and vehicle details, and upload your ID documents. The Snacko team verifies your profile and you can start accepting deliveries once you're approved.

LOCATION AND PRIVACY Snacko Delivery uses your location to show nearby requests and, while you're on an active delivery, to share your live position with the customer. Location is used in the background only during deliveries. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
